# Отправка рассылок

Рассылки представляют собой набор сообщений, для которых общими являются все параметры, кроме номера абонента и содержимого сообщения.

Для рассылок можно контролировать скорость отправки сообщений.

Создание и отправка рассылки происходит в три этапа:

* создание рассылки с атрибутами
* наполнение сообщениями
* запуск рассылки

В разделе описаны методы API в соответствии с данными этапами.
